Gary Paul has been working as an artist for over 50
years and has made the creation of visual works a lifelong
commitment. Gary has worked as a painter, and
printmaker, and is currently involved in mixed media. He
received his B.F.A. from California College of Arts and
Crafts in Oakland CA.
Mr. Paul has traveled extensively
absorbing and integrating the cultural influences of many
different locales into his work. He has studied at cite Universitaire in Paris.
His work is a powerful way of
expressing how he views the world we live in. Everything in his work is placed with a reason. As with most
artists, Mr. Paul believes that the art is in the process.
He states, "I know when a painting starts to breathe."
